6. Your home with have a flyer box filled with custom double sided full color flyers complete with multiple pictures featuring all the best features, toll free number, our main contact number, email information and website to view your home.

7. Your home will have a well designed custom "Visual Tour" linked to the following sites: San Antonio (MLS) Multiple Listing Service, The Houston (MLS), KellerWilliams.com, REALTOR.com, Homes.com, Yahoo, Google, HomeSeekersTrulia, HomePages.com, Postlets.com, Craigslist.org, Zillow, and Prudential Properties.

8. Your home will be included in the Keller Williams Showcase Magazine distributed in local Jim's Restaurants, local HEB Grocery Stores, local Valero Stations, local Exxon Stations, Fort Sam Houston and all other military bases in the San Antonio and surrounding areas.
